At Eco by Sonya, we want you to love your organic glow; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original organic packaging, and within the 30-day return window.

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and send them back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
